An intimate experience for the women who climbed the ladder, built the business, raised the family, took care of everything, and held it together for everyone - and are quietly aware they've stopped recognizing themselves in the process.
Despite the success. The achievement. The caregiving. The leadership.
The constant "holding everything together" for everyone else - she had slowly stopped being someone she recognized.
The exhaustion wasn't the problem.
The brain fog wasn't the problem.
The wired-and-tired, always-on, no-space-for-herself life wasn't the actual problem.
The problem was that every space she found for women like her asked her to perform wellness, fix herself, optimize one more thing - or abandon her ambition entirely.
None of it told the truth.
So she built the room she needed. A room where women who are deeply capable, deeply responsible, and quietly depleted can stop performing - and come home to themselves.

Most retreats begin when you arrive.
Dose of Pause begins long before Santa Fe because women don't spend years carrying pressure, responsibility, stress, and over-functioning… and suddenly recalibrate in a single weekend.
This is a guided experience designed to help you slow the noise, reconnect to yourself, and create a new internal rhythm you can actually sustain once you return home.
The process begins before you ever step on the property.
Through intentional prompts, reflections, and preparation, you begin noticing the pace you've normalized, the patterns you've been carrying, and the places you've slowly disconnected from yourself.
Three days intentionally designed around Pause • Power • Play.
Not over-scheduled wellness.
Not constant programming.
But nervous system exhale. Honest conversations. Beautiful spaces.
Meaningful connection. Restorative experiences. And the spaciousness to hear yourself clearly again.
Because the real work is not escaping your life — it's returning to it differently.
The post-retreat integration experience helps you carry the rhythm, clarity, and reconnection from Santa Fe back into how you live, lead, work, and care for yourself moving forward.
This isn't a temporary reset.
It's a different way of relating to yourself.
Space to exhale. Conversations that actually go somewhere. Practices that meet your nervous system where it is.
And the quiet recognition that you were never the only one feeling this way.
The kind of silence and stillness you haven't allowed yourself in months. Maybe years. Built so your nervous system can finally land.
Beautiful, thoughtful food that supports your body - without rules, without performance, without one more thing to optimize.
The kind you rarely get to have. With women who actually know what it's like to carry what you've been carrying.
Movement, breath, and modalities designed to regulate a body that's been wired and tired for too long.
Beautiful Santa Fe settings designed for ease, comfort, and the kind of beauty that softens you the moment you walk in.
For once, you don't have to plan it, organize it, or hold it together. Everything has been thought of so you don't have to.

Rajinder works with women who lead because she's lived it. From decades in healthcare and women's health to building, leading, and navigating midlife herself, she sees - almost immediately - where you're overriding your body, where your energy is no longer supporting you, and why what used to work doesn't anymore.
Not as theory, but in real time.
This is what makes this experience different: you're not here to learn more. You're here to see yourself clearly faster than you would on your own, and return to a way of leading that is more sustainable, more intuitive, and actually aligned with how you're built to operate.
What she shares isn't something you learn. It's something you experience.
What often takes years to see clearly becomes available much faster when you're in the right environment, with the right guidance
Each day is built around how a woman's body and nervous system actually recalibrate - not how a productivity-driven retreat thinks they should.
You arrive carrying everything. You won't leave that way.
Day one is built for landing - your body, your breath, your full attention. Welcome dinner. Grounding conversations. And the slow exhale you've been needing for longer than you'd like to admit.
This is the day you remember who you are underneath everything you've been holding.
Curated experiences. Honest conversation. Restorative practices. And the spaciousness to hear yourself clearly again - without apology, without the noise.
You leave clearer. Lighter. More yourself than you've been in years.
A slower morning to integrate. Then you go home - not with another to-do list, but with a new internal rhythm that's yours to keep.

This is for the woman who has been the one everyone counts on.
Who built the business, ran the team, raised the family, took care of the parents - and rarely got asked how she's actually doing.
You have been investing in everyone and everything.
This is your time.

Setting: Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection

A highly curated, intentionally intimate experience designed for the kind of depth, restoration,
and recalibration you cannot get from another weekend, another protocol, or another wellness app.
Your retreat investment includes your accommodations at Bishop’s Lodge, the retreat sessions and experiences, meals and refreshments provided throughout the retreat, and the materials you’ll receive as part of the experience.
The intention is for you to arrive, settle in, and be fully present, without having to think about all the little details.
Airfare and personal travel expenses are not included.
Once your application has been accepted, you’ll receive the details for securing your place, including the deposit amount, payment schedule, and balance due date.
Because the retreat is intentionally limited to just 12 women, your place is reserved once the required payment has been received.
We understand that life happens, so we want our cancellation policy to be clear from the beginning.
Because this is a small, intimate retreat with accommodations and experiences arranged in advance, cancellations may be subject to our stated refund and cancellation policy.
We encourage you to read the policy carefully before securing your place so you feel completely clear about the commitment.
We’ll be gathering at Bishop’s Lodge in Santa Fe, New Mexico — a beautiful setting designed to help you step away from the pace and noise of everyday life.
For these few days, you won’t be rushing from one responsibility to the next. You’ll have space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, have meaningful conversations, and simply breathe.
The retreat takes place November 2–4, 2026.
We recommend arriving with enough time on November 2 to settle in before the retreat begins and planning your departure for November 4 after the retreat has officially concluded.
You can fly into Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) or Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ), depending on your travel plans.
We’ll provide clear travel guidance before the retreat so you know exactly what you need to arrange and what you can simply leave with us.
Only 12 women.
That’s intentional.
This isn’t designed to feel like a conference, a large group program, or a room full of strangers where you can easily disappear into the crowd.
The smaller group allows the experience to feel personal, spacious, and genuine — with room for real conversations and meaningful connection.
Your experience doesn’t begin when you arrive in Santa Fe.
Once you’re accepted, we’ll begin preparing you for the retreat with a 30-day lead-in experience designed to help you slow down, reflect, and start paying attention to what you actually need.
You’ll know what to expect, have opportunities to prepare, and begin the process of creating space for yourself before you ever arrive.
So when November 2 comes, you’re not simply showing up for a retreat.
You’ve already begun.
The retreat doesn’t end when you leave Santa Fe.
You’ll have a 30-day integration period after the retreat to help you take what you discovered, experienced, and decided during those few days and bring it back into your everyday life.
Because the real value isn’t simply having three beautiful days away.
It’s what changes when you return home.
You’ll have space to reflect, integrate, and begin putting the things that matter to you into practice — so the retreat becomes something you continue to live, not simply something you remember.
Absolutely.
Most women arrive not knowing the other women in the room — and that’s completely okay.
You don’t need to arrive with a friend, a group, or a plan for who you’re going to connect with.
You simply need to arrive as yourself.
The small group and the way the experience is structured create opportunities to get to know one another naturally, without forcing connection or making you feel like you have to perform.
You won’t be expected to walk in already knowing everyone.
You’re coming to meet yourself — and, along the way, you may meet some remarkable women too.
